Omega’s new iseries is a simple-to-configure limit controller that features universal inputs, high accuracy, two relay alarm outputs, totally programmable color displays, built-in excitation, AC or DC powered units, front removable plug connectors, programmable digital filter, a high/low limit and remote reset input.
The CNi-AL series offers flexibility in process measurement and limit alarm applications. CNi-AL can be used to monitor the temperature of a plastics extruder, and with the programmable limit alarm setpoints, the controller can provide a visual display color change and a latching limit alarm output to shut down a process if an alarm condition exists. According to the company, it can be used by the food, automotive, plastics, manufacturing and chemical industries.
