In anticipation of his impending retirement, Bob Kraft has sold his equity share in MasterGraphics Inc., to Mike Wilkes, president and majority owner, and Mark Lackovic, vice president of operations. Kraft will remain the firm’s vice president of administration until his retirement on Oct. 31, 2012.
“Bob Kraft has been a driving force behind the many changes and developmental phases of MasterGraphics throughout his 35-year tenure,” says Mike Wilkes. “By selling his equity now and remaining in his current position until he retires, we will be assured of a smooth and gradual transition.”Kraft joined the firm in 1975 when he was hired as a cameraman in the photography department at Master Blue Print (which later became MasterGraphics Inc.). He also served as lead cameraman, assistant production manager, director of the CAD department and vice president of the Technical division.
Lackovic joined MasterGraphics in 2003 and was named vice president of operations in 2006. He will continue in his current role and have minority stake in the company while Wilkes, who joined also MasterGraphics 2002, will remain president and principal owner of the company.
