Lattice Technology Announces New Version of Lattice3D Studio

New features include MBOM support and an updated interface.

Lattice Technology, a provider of technical communication software, has revealed Lattice3D Studio version 13. This release, according to the company, contains features that improve productivity and increase functionalities for 2D and 3D interactive technical documentation creation.

The documents that can be created in Lattice3D Studio have features such as direct publishing to Excel and 3D PDF, support for MBOM (manufacturing bill of materials) variations. Version 13 also has a new user interface.

“We continue to add features and functionality that provide our customers with better tools and more efficient ways to leverage their 3D design data,” said Bill Barnes, general manager, Lattice Technology Inc. “Lattice3D Studio version 13 provides even more time-saving and robust capabilities such as direct publishing to Microsoft Excel and 3D PDF. Additionally, we continue to grow our mobile computing capabilities by adding support for Windows 8.1 and SurfacePro.”
