Graphene 3D Lab Announces Plans to Acquire Boots Industries

The companies hope to work on a 3D printer that can create functioning electronics.

Graphene 3D Lab Inc. has signed a letter of intent to acquire Boots Industries Inc. This letter, according to the company, details Graphene’s plan to acquire Boots Industries and its employees. The companies are then to develop a 3D printer capable of printing functional electronic devices.

Boots Industries is a provider of fused filament fabrication delta 3D printers. The company’s latest model offers an optional triple-head extruder and is designed with best practices in mind.

“The goal of Graphene 3D is to introduce a 3D printing ecosystem, including a 3D printer and functional materials, capable of printing operational and electronic devices,” said Daniel Stolyarov, CEO of Graphene 3D. “The team at Boots Industries have been successful to date in the development and sale of high-quality 3D printers, and we have the utmost confidence in their teams’ capabilities to develop a multi-material printer optimized for Graphene 3D materials.”
