Roland DGA Releases SRP Player Software

The platform can streamline the workflow for the SRM-20 milling machine, the company states.

Roland DGA, a provider of 3D printers and milling machines, has released the SRP Player software for its monoFAB SRM-20 system. The software, according to the company, provides users with an advanced CAM software for prototyping and creating 3D parts.

The platform enhances the functionality of the SRM-20 and optimizes tool path quality and tool approach, a press release states. It expands available tool path operations and incorporates progressive path simulations with a built-in preview function. Additionally, SRP Player has unique editing functions that enable users to explore milling capabilities.

Supported CAD file formats include STL, DXF, Rhino, 3D Model and IGES.
