ROBOZE launches its latest system: ARGO 500 HYPERSPEED and showcased it during the 2024 edition of RAPID+TCT in late June in Los Angeles.

To the main features of the previous version, such as the heated chamber up to 180°C developed for super polymers, ARGO 500 HYPERSPEED adds features such as the PolyFlow X system, which offers a fast and controlled deposition flow, optimizing every phase of the printing process regardless of the material used.

Another feature is the advanced Smart Gcode printing mode. The new software algorithms, combined with the performance of the newly introduced hardware, ensure a reduction in printing times with a dual extruder compared to the previous version, optimizing all movements and paths, and completely eliminating downtime during the extruder change process that is present in all other systems today.

“At ROBOZE, we don’t make ordinary products. We strive for excellence. Our customers, when acquiring our systems, expect the supercars of the 3D printing world. ROBOZE stands for performance and the pursuit of engineering excellence in hardware, software, electronics, and materials science, creating an advanced production system for manufacturing industries worldwide,”  says Alessio Lorusso, CEO of ROBOZE.

ARGO 500 HYPERSPEED, with over 4,500 assembled individual components, represents an advanced fusion of mechatronics, industrial automation, electronics, software, materials science, fluid dynamics management, thermodynamics, and pneumatics. These elements work in synergy to produce high-performance components, replacing metals in sectors such as aviation, space, oil & gas, hydrogen, nuclear, rail, motorsport, and defense.

The system is compatible with a range of super polymers and composites, materials like metal, managed by profiles customized from ROBOZE’s experience. Users can choose between high-resolution and ultra-fast profiles, tailoring printing performance to their specific needs. The machine offers agility at multiple levels with four customized solutions for optimal results, meeting the requirements for detail and speed.

“With ARGO 500 HYPERSPEED, we are redefining the boundaries of additive manufacturing. Our new technology not only increases speed and efficiency but also maintains the highest quality standards,” says Simone Cuscito, chief research, development and product officer at ROBOZE.
