Prosci Launches Change Management Workshops

The sessions are designed to equip project managers with frameworks and resources to implement change.

Prosci, a research organization, has launched a training solution for project managers. The focus of this workshop is for managers who wish to apply change management to project initiatives.

This role-based training helps lay the foundation for applying change to current initiatives, the company states. Attendees are given common language and framework to use. Access to an online resource portal to support long-term implementation is also included.

“Prosci has always had role-based training, and one of the biggest contributors to project success is the project team itself, and that’s something that we now can help organizations with — we can train their project team members on how to be more successful, and we can allow our organizations to see the full benefits they were hoping to achieve from a project,” says Michelle Haggerty, strategic director of Training, Prosci.
