Optomec Expands Distribution

Optomec, a supplier of additive manufacturing systems, has entered a distribution agreement with Semitronics Sales Ltd. This partnership, the company states, will expand sales of Aerosol Jet systems in the U.K. and Ireland.

The Aerosol Jet printers offer high-resolution 3D printing capabilities for smaller, lightweight devices. They can be used for applications in aerospace, defense, consumer electronics and the Internet of Things (IoT).

They’re already off to a great start with sales of two Aerosol Jet systems to a leading Defense and R&D organization during 2015.”
