Omega’s FMA900A air velocity transmitter with built-in relay measures air velocities up to 12,000 FPM (60.9m/sec).
The FMA900A features a hot wire air velocity sensor design and 2% full scale accuracy, according to the company. It has two sensor probe configurations: fixed mount and remote probe, a 250 msec response time, 0-5 Vdc or 4-20 mA analog output, and one SPST relay contact closure with red LED indication. The adjustable high alarm set point makes this product well suited to development labs, HVAC, exhaust/ventilation hoods and other manufacturing processes.
Prices start at $355.
