H2O Jet introduces Advantage UHP Waterjet Pumps

H2O Jet(Olympia, WA) was scheduled to introduce three models of its newAdvantage Series Ultra High Pressure Pump for waterjet applications atthe IMTS at McCormick Center in Chicago this week. H2O Jet isexhibiting in booth B-6178/79 with Robotic Production Technology.

According to a press release, the company is featuring three models:The H100D Dual Intensifier with 60K and 40K psi, a 100HP motor, and2gpm flow rate; the H50R Two Redundant Intensifiers with 60K and 40Kpsi, a 50HP motor, and 1gpm flow rate; and the H50S Single Intensifierwith 60K and 40K psi, a 50 HP motor, and 1gpm flow rate.
The Advantage family of pumps works with both water-only and abrasivewaterjet cutting applications. Its features provide real-timediagnostics, quiet operation, and easy access to all internal pumpcomponents. Additionally, the intensifiers are mounted at tabletopheight for ease of maintenance.

H2O Jet will also display its Integral Diamond Eductor (IDE) CuttingHead. The H2O Jet IDE offers “superior performance and reducedoperating cost when compared to standard sapphire-based cutting heads,“says the company. Its embedded diamond orifice is said to providedead-on jet stream delivery that eliminates misalignment,over-torquing, and stack-up errors. H2O Jet will also be exhibiting anarray of UHP Pump replacement parts for a variety of pump brands.
