DPT Becomes Customer of Materialise e-Stage Software

Materialise has announced DPT as a new customer for its e-Stage software. DPT has been an RP service provider since 1993, and today has a 12,500-sq.-ft. facility in Syracuse, NY. The facility has climate-controlled rooms, regularly scheduled calibration inspections, and dedicated battery backups to support nine large-format SLA machines. Capabilities at DPT include 3D printing, SLS, FDM,  urethane casting, injection molding, metal casting, and sheet metal services.

DPT will add Materialise’s e-Stage software for the generation of support structures, which is expected to save the company time,  money, and materials. e-Stage will be used to automate the work preparation process when generating support structures, doing away with all manual editing,  and also helps save on resin, finishing time, and build time.
