3D Systems Asia-Pacifichas released the ProJet 1000 personal 3D printer. The new low-cost printer makes high-resolution, durable plastic parts, and is targeted at educators, students and professionals. The printer can be purchased through 3D Systems Asia-Pacific and authorized resellers.
The printer creates ivory-colored, snap-fit plastic parts with excellent fine feature detail and smooth surface finish at print speeds over three times faster than other 3D printers in its class, according to the company.
