VSE Corporation to Acquire Killick Aerospace Companies

VSE Corporation has signed an agreement to acquire four business units from Killick Aerospace Group, expanding the company’s services in the aerospace industry.

The businesses to be bought include:

• Prime Turbines: a provider of turboprop engine repair, maintenance and overhaul.
• CT Aerospace: a supplier of engine parts and services  for corporate aircraft companies.
• Kansas Aviation: a provider of engine overhaul and repair.
• Air Parts & Supply Co.: a supplier of aircraft ignition and fuel control parts as well as starter generators and parts.
