QuadriSpace has released its Pages3D 2012, Publisher3D 2012 and Document3D Suite 2012. QuadriSpace software solutions are used to create manufacturing documents from 3D CAD models and then publish final documents to standard printed or interactive formats. Using the software, customers create 3D manufacturing instructions, 3D interactive service manuals, illustrated parts lists, technical illustrations and visual processes for assembly or disassembly in interactive 3D. All tools are CAD vendor independent and directly support importing 3D CAD and data files from products by Autodesk, PTC, SolidWorks, Rhino and other standard CAD programs.
The current 2012 software updates include new tools to streamline the creation of exploded views. The new tools make it easy to select multiple parts and then uniformly move them along a radial or linear path greatly simplifying this exploded view creation.
New advances in technology incorporated into the 2012 version of QuadriSpace products result in published PDF files that are often less than half the size of previous versions of the software. Users also now have the ability to publish custom markups to PDF files. These markups are added to individually captured 3D views and are displayed dynamically as the view is recalled by clicking on a bookmark, button or table row.
