New Online CAD Generator and Product Selector Updated

WITTENSTEIN’s online CAD Generator was developed for quick product selection and part number generation. The updated online tool builds upon the CAD selection and part number creation functions for alpha gearboxes by adding:

• Clear visuals representing various part options
• Technical specifications for immediate product review
• Complete drive train selection from gearbox to motor
• Interactive part number creation for complete part number (gearbox + motor)
 

The traditional function of CAD drawings being sent via e-mail is still available.

The design tool allows customers real-time access to its database of standard products and motor data, all coming directly from the same database as its engineering software cymex. Future developments for this tool include the addition of rack and pinion,  couplings and actuators. These products will be added in the coming year,  according to the company.
