Aleph Objects has released the LulzBot TAZ 3 3D printer. Upgrades include a 24-volt power supply that heats up the print bed faster.
The printer comes with a graphic LCD controller that allows printing directly from an SD card, so users to print anywhere without being connected to a computer. The new model offers a large build volume, as well as the ability to print with a variety of materials such as ABS, PLA, PVA, high-impact polystyrene and wood filament.
“The TAZ 3 is another result of our rapid iteration and process of integrating customer feedback in our designs,” said Jeff Moe, president of Aleph Objects. “With an attractive price point and some new upgrades, this machine is the best in its class and ideal for inventors, entrepreneurs, design engineers and prototypers alike.”
