Extensible CAD Technologies has announced that longtime Partner Product, InspectionXpert for SolidWorks, has achieved Certified Gold Partner status with DS SolidWorks Corp.

InspectionXpert for SolidWorks Achieves SolidWorks Certified Gold Product Status

Engineering and quality departments use InspectionXpert for SolidWorks software to extract inspection dimensions directly from their SolidWorks drawings, create ballooned inspection drawings, and export to an inspection report form.

For SolidWorks users, Gold Partner status ensures compliance with SolidWorks’ highest compatibility criteria, including prompt updates to support the latest releases of SolidWorks.

“Integration between key product design applications can shave valuable time off of the design-to-manufacturing process and increase productivity,” says Nick Iwaskow, Manager, Alliances, DS  SolidWorks Corp. “Integrating quality inspection automation directly within the SolidWorks environment helps designers and engineers improve communication between design and manufacturing and deliver quality products faster to their customers.”

Extensible CAD Technologies will be demonstrating their SolidWorks Certified Gold Product, InspectionXpert for SolidWorks, at SolidWorks World 2011 in San Antonio, Texas, Jan. 23 – 26, 2011.
