Infotech Enterprises to Acquire Softential Inc, Expand Services

Infotech Enterprises Limited announced that its subsidiary Infotech Enterprises America has signed an agreement to purchase Softential Inc.

Infotech is a company that specializes in delivering design engineering services, network engineering and operational support services and data transformation services to its customers.

Softenial helps its clients design, implement and manage systems and applications that allow customers to monitor and control the performance of computer networks and business services in real time.
