FLEXcon (Spencer, MA) introduces its V-478 permanent pressure-sensitive acrylic adhesive transfer tape, a highly aggressive adhesive suited for use with powder-coated paint surfaces and low surface energy plastics. V-478 is ideal for use in harsh environments, including areas that have varying temperatures such as electrical boxes, automotive components and aerospace components. The adhesive thickness is available in a one to four mil. coating, which can be custom produced to fit application specifications. V-478, part of FLEXcon’s line of permanent pressure-sensitive adhesives, was recently developed for use with in Rogers Corporation’s PORON Urethane Foams. Users also have the choice between V-478 single or double coated products to suit their needs.
