ESI Opens R&D Center for Simulating Composites

To reinforce its composites activities, ESI has opened its sixth French office. The new office, located in Bordeaux AEROPARC, is ESI’s new worldwide research and development center for the simulation of composites design, manufacturing and performance. 

Offering industrial software enabling the simulation of the design, performance and manufacturing of composites components, ESI’s Composites Simulation Suite is designed to enable accurate mechanical performances analysis.

The company chose Bordeaux for its aerospace-related cluster of companies, including Airbus, Dassault Aviation and EADS Astrium. The city is also known for its R&D work.
