CDT Acquires ENSER’s PTC Line

CDT, a Platinum Value Added Reseller of PTC, announced the acquisition of the PTC line of business of ENSER, a 65-year-old engineering services company. With this acquisition, CDT assumes ENSER’s PTC VAR business for MCAD/Windchill sales, training and services.

According to the company, the acquisition allows CDT to more effectively service ENSER’s existing PTC customers, while ENSER continues its focus on the engineering services market by providing engineering, staffing and fabrication services.
