Geometric will showcase its automatic CNC programming system, CAMWorks 2011, at Booth 1908, at the interactive manufacturing eXperience (imX) show, from Sept. 12-14, 2011 at the Las Vegas Convention Center.

“In the current global scenario, manufacturing companies are searching for ways to automate their processes, compress delivery times, and reduce inefficiencies,” says Sunil Palrecha, director of Product Marketing & Sales for Geometric. “In order to achieve these goals, they are looking for novel solutions for trapping manufacturing errors early in the design stage, and for effective collaboration between design and manufacturing. This can be easily facilitated by using an integrated SolidWorks solution like CAMWorks.”

CAMWorks 2011 will be demonstrated at the booth throughout the three-day conference. Attendees will also have the opportunity to attend the ‘From Orders to Parts” Integrated Design and Manufacturing’ session at the Knowledge Bar on Sept. 12, at 2 p.m. by Marc Bissell, senior applications engineer for Geometric.
