3D Systems Plans to Launch a Desktop Modeler this Summer

3D Systems Corporation (Rock Hill, SC) recently announced its plans to introduce a compact office modeler, the V-Flash desktop modeler, this summer. The V-Flash will be able to build ready-to-use 3D models in offices, the classroom, or in home offices.
The 25 in. X 26 in. X 27 in. V-Flash will weigh about 100 pounds and have a maximum build volume of 7 in. X 9 in. X 8 in. It will have standard power requirements and a plug-and-play set-up.
