Stratasys Announces Four New Products

Among other product innovations, now it's possible to create production parts durable enough for aerospace, withstanding temperatures of up to 302 degrees F (150 degrees C), while delivering a lighter, cheaper, faster alternative to aluminum and steel.

Stratasys debuts four new products.

The F123 Series new elastomer enables parts to be more durable and flexible. You can now 3D print elastomer parts on F123 Printers using the newly developed FDM TPU 92A material. Design faster, without constraints. The exclusive soluble support lets you focus on design that speeds your product to market.

Create large, complex parts with curves, overhangs and cavities. Design small, simple forms, all printed in-house, with durability and elongation, thanks to elastomer on the F123 Series.

This is rapid prototyping without workarounds. It's an integrated workflow system that combines a quick-change extrusion head, elastomer material and easy-to-use software. It's for parts printed accurately, from first to last.

Build Flight-Worthy Parts

Now it's possible to create production parts durable enough for aerospace, withstanding temperatures of up to 302 degrees F (150 degrees C), while delivering a lighter, cheaper, faster alternative to aluminum and steel.

To help maximize productivity, large Antero 800NA parts can be printed fast with the standard, T20D tip. SUP8000B breakaway support material allows for printing complex parts with overhangs, retaining dimensional stability without compromise. Efficiently and predictably achieve production parts that match your weight, cost and production goals.

Antero 800NA is a PEKK-based thermoplastic, making it applicable for aerospace and other high-performance vehicles. Dependably produce parts that are chemical and temperature resistant, FST (flame, smoke and toxicity) compliant, with ultra-low outgassing properties. Antero 800NA gives wear with toughness, derived from a tensile strength yield of 93 MPa (XZ Axis) 46 MPa (ZX Axis).

Stratasys J750 Hyper-Realistic Color Palette

With three new materials, Stratasys has expanded the color palette. Create from a full CMYKW base. Print soft-touch components, design variable rigidity in a single part and explore natural textures with an aim to create a hyper-real prototype.

Variable Shore values let you print a single part with different rigidity throughout. Simulate natural materials such as leather with high tear resistance and elongation. Vivid Cyan is a new addition to the base material range. This rigid, translucent material is part of the hyper-real rapid prototyping.

VeroFlex is a blended PolyJet material. Fast to print, it’s stiff, but flexible. Opaque and transparent materials let you maximize the J735 and J750 six-color capacity.

Biocompatible Dental MED625FLX

Equip your business with flexible, biocompatible indirect bonding trays and implantology cases thanks to new MED625FLX. It's available on the Objet260 Dental printer, Objet260 Dental Selection printer and the Objet500 Dental Selection printer.
