Mouser Stocking Fortis Zd Backplane Connectors

Mouser Electronics is now stocking TE Connectivity’s Fortis Zd backplane connectors. TE offers the Fortis Zd backplane connectors as a modular backplane connector system that combines commercial high-speed technologies with MIL-SPEC contacts into a user-configurable platform. Developed to withstand the shock and vibration requirements of military and aerospace applications, the backplane connectors feature a ruggedized design for extreme mechanical and electrical performance in demanding environments.

With Mini-Box contacts, which provide four points of contact on all sides of the pin and a higher pin count to allow data rates of 10 Gbps+, the connectors support higher bandwidth requirements.
