Camber Corporation announced its appointment of Bruce Schoemer to executive vice president and chief technology officer (CTO).
According to a company press release, Schoemer has 30 years of experience in technology markets that include the intelligence community, Department of Defense, U.S. goverment and commercial contract environments. Since Camber recently acquired Avaya Government Solutions, Schoemer’s primary roles will be establishing the company’s technical vision and supporting strategic planning for business goals. He will also be influential in several of Camber’s large business initiatives.
“Filling our CTO position with an individual of Bruce’s caliber, capabilities and experience is another positive step in executing our growth plan towards becoming a billion dollar company. Bruce will provide the technical leadership we need to ensure that we remain ahead of the marketplace,” said John Lord, President of Camber Corporation.
