Additive Manufacturing/3DP Information Alignment

Growing the Number of Additive Manufacturing Information Assets within the America Makes Digital Storefront.

America Makes, the national accelerator for additive manufacturing (AM) is the nation’s leading collaborative partner in AM and three-dimensional printing (3DP) technologies. Established as a public/private partnership with member organizations from industry, academia, and government.

America Makes and its members coordinate in projects focused on advancing AM across the U.S. manufacturing base. Information gathered from this portfolio of projects adds to the America Makes Digital Storefront (DSF) and is made available to all members.

Since its launch in 2012, America Makes delivers value to its members and government sponsors. Under an ongoing project, Additive Manufacturing/3DP Information Alignment, America Makes is identifying additional government funded AM information assets for technical efforts occurring outside its project portfolio. The objective is to align this information with the America Makes Technology Development Roadmap and add it to the DSF.
